Yogurt and Melon Shake

Ingredients
 

  • 450 g Greek style yogurt
  • 900 g Chilled melon meat (seedless and sugar-sweet)
  • Mint tips for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Remove the melon meat (approx. 900 g) and roughly cut. Add yogurt (450 g) and mix everything with the hand blender (alternative mixer). Fill into glasses and garnish with mint, serve.
