Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups of natural or soy yogurt
- 2 ½ cups sugar
- 350 g butter, soft
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp baking cocoa
- 2 pinches of clove powder
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Important: Always use the same measuring cup to measure all ingredients! First, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then add the eggs and yogurt and beat until a smooth batter forms. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa, and clove powder and sift into the batter. Mix everything well and pour into a greased pan of your choice. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Don’t forget to do the skewer test. Once cooled, decorate as desired. I prefer powdered sugar. This recipe is also perfect for muffins; the baking time is 25-30 minutes.
