Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g margarine
  • 180 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 200 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat margarine with sugar and eggs until very fluffy. Stir in spices, cocoa, flour, and baking soda. Finally, stir in the yogurt. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour.
