Yogurt cake with mandarins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 160 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • baking powder
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 600 g sour cream
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 packs of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 bar of chocolate (yogurt), chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

For 12 pieces

Cream the butter until fluffy, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar. Crack the eggs one at a time and mix in. Stir the flour, baking powder, and salt into the foam mixture and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix together the sour cream, yogurt, and vanilla pudding and pour onto the cooled base. Add the drained mandarins on top. Then spread the whipped cream on top. Grate the yogurt and spread it over the cake. The cake must be refrigerated!
