quick, very tasty, for the springform pan with the tube base

First, mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, orange zest, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff and let stand. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar on high for about 4 minutes until creamy. Then pour in the oil and continue beating on high for about 2 minutes. Briefly mix in the yogurt with a mixer. Now fold in the flour mixture, the stiffly beaten egg whites, and the chocolate shavings one after the other with a wooden spoon. Grease a springform pan with a tube base, sprinkle with ground almonds, spread the batter on top, and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 50 minutes. Decorate with orange glaze, powdered sugar, or chocolate coating.
