Yogurt cream with oranges

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 tbsp almond(s), flakes
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the oranges, cut into small pieces, and lightly sugar them. Mix the yogurt and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Lightly roast the almonds in a dry pan. Whisk the cream until stiff. Whisk the yogurt, oranges, and cream until lightly creamed. Sprinkle the almonds over the mixture. Chill.
