Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g yogurt or yogurt alternative
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients and season to taste. This amount is enough for about 6 servings of potato salad, pasta salad, or leaf salad. Using a vegan yogurt alternative, the dressing is also vegan.
