Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt, 10% fat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

easy, quick to do

Chop the basil. Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend briefly with a hand blender. If the consistency is too thick, add a little milk.
