Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • some dill

Instructions

Low in calories

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and stir until smooth. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add some crushed garlic and chopped dill and whisk to combine.
