Yogurt – mascarpone cream with cranberries and cashew nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 75 g cranberries, dried
  • 2 bars of white chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix the mascarpone, yogurt, and sugar in a bowl for 1-2 minutes to dissolve the sugar. In a separate bowl, whip the Cremefine until stiff peaks form and fold it into the mascarpone and yogurt cream. Layer the cream alternately with the cashews and cranberries in glasses, reserving a little for decoration. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle it over the cream at the end. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve garnished with the remaining cashews and cranberries.
