Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 200 g cream
- 300 ml passion fruit juice
- 2 packs of no-cook vanilla sauce powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and then combine with the yogurt. Mix in the sugar. Transfer to a bowl. Mix the passion fruit juice with the sauce powder and pour over the yogurt mixture. Chill briefly before serving. It also looks lovely served in serving glasses.
