Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp, heaped tarragon mustard
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp, heaped dill
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (olive mayonnaise)
  • 8 black olives
  • 2 tomatoes, dried
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Magic Dust)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 4 tbsp, heaped Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with steak or fried potatoes

Grate the Parmesan cheese and set aside. Fry the shallot in olive oil until golden brown and let it cool in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend with an immersion blender until a sauce forms. Finally, stir in the Parmesan cheese by hand.
