Yogurt with honey, pomegranate seeds and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 2 tsp, heaped honey
  • 6 walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Divide the natural yogurt between four bowls. Add the honey—if you only have solid honey at home, you can warm it slightly. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate, making sure no white pulp remains. Add the pomegranate seeds to the yogurt. Crack the walnuts, remove the seeds, and chop them. Add them as well.
