Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp nuts, mixed
  • 2 tsp puffed amaranth
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, pure
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • 1 tsp organic honey
  • Fruits, fresh according to season

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Healthy and nutritious!

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and enjoy! Top with fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries). Super healthy and nutrient-rich thanks to superfoods and consistently healthy ingredients. Great for athletes and a conscious low-calorie diet. I always have a large jar at home, mixed with oat flakes, mixed nuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, puffed amaranth, sesame seeds, and similar healthy seeds and nuts (sometimes cranberries and raisins too). This is great for making yogurt quickly at any time, as well as for muesli and quark.
