Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- pinch(s) of salt
- Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
no pudding as we know it is served with meat and the like
Pour oil into a muffin tin, bringing each cup halfway up. Place the tin in the oven at 230°C until steaming hot and very hot. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients into a batter. Remove the tin from the oven and quickly, while the oil is still hot, pour the batter into the cups. Return to the oven for 35 minutes.
