Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 75 ml Marsala
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Slowly beat the egg yolks, egg, and sugar in a double boiler until frothy. Whisk in the Marsala until the mixture is thick and foamy. Decorate with chocolate flakes and arrange in dessert bowls. Serve well chilled.
