Zucchini and apple jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 kg apples
  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 3 points gelling sugar, 2 : 1

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel, core, and chop the zucchini into small pieces, and cook gently with the apple juice. Peel, core, and chop the apples. Add them to the apple juice and cook. If you don’t like your jam too chunky, you can use a hand blender to make it a little thicker. Add the lemon juice and gelling sugar, cook according to the package instructions, and pour into jars.
