Zucchini biscuit with apple

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 60 g sugar
  • 3 tsp sweetener, liquid
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g zucchini, grated
  • 1 m.-sized apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

light WW cake for 2 PP per piece

Beat the whole eggs with the sugar and sweetener until thick and foamy, about 10 minutes. Combine the flour and baking powder and gently fold in with a whisk. Gently fold in the grated zucchini. Pour the batter into a 26cm springform pan lined with baking paper. Peel the apple, core it, and slice the flesh. Arrange the apple slices around the batter. Bake the cake at 170°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. This moist and delicious cake is ready for $2 per slice (for 12 slices).
