Zucchini gourmet sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some oil
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • some thyme
  • some salt
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • some sugar
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the zucchini, dice or cut into sticks. Peel and dice the onions. Sauté both in hot oil. Add the passata and season with thyme, salt, paprika, and sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the zucchini reaches the desired consistency. Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese at the end of the cooking time. Serve hot. Serve with rice or pasta.
