Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n green beans (850 ml), well drained
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper, white from the mill
  • 2 onions, very finely diced
  • smoked salt
  • Vinegar (garlic vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Combine the cream, white wine vinegar, and onions, season with salt and pepper, and then stir in the beans. Let it simmer for at least 4 hours, then season with smoked salt and garlic vinegar. This recipe is perfect for any hearty dish. It tastes best with fried potatoes and bratwurst or roast pork and dumplings.
