Zucchini pan with turkey strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g turkey meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 800 g zucchini
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ¼ liter broth
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini, remove the soft core of larger zucchini, and coarsely grate the zucchini. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the turkey into strips. Season the turkey strips with salt, pepper, and paprika and brown them vigorously in the heated butter. Remove and set aside. Sauté the zucchini and garlic, deglaze with the stock, and simmer for about 8 minutes. Then add the turkey strips again, heat through, season to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
