Zuccini Boat

The perfect zuccini boat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 medium-sized Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 250 g Soy granules
  • Pepper from the mill, salt, hot paprika, garlic, chayen pepper
  1. Soak the soy slices in water for 10 minutes. Halve the zucchini and hollow out. Drain the soy strips and collect the water in a baking dish. Grate the carrot into the soy mixture, grate on a medium size. Dice the peppers and mix in, taste heartily now. Pour into the zucchini, add some cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. We had rice with it.
