Zuccini – Soup (quick)

  • 400 g Zuccini
  • 1 Onion
  • 30 g Butter
  • 400 ml Broth
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • Various spices
  1. Clean and dice the zucini, peel and dice the onion.
  1. Sauté the zucini and onion cubes in butter, then add the broth. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
  1. Puree the soup with the hand blender, add the cream and dissolve the cheese in it. Season with the spices.
