Zuccini – Soup (quick)

- 400 g Zuccini
- 1 Onion
- 30 g Butter
- 400 ml Broth
- 200 ml Cream
- 100 g Cream cheese
- Various spices
- Clean and dice the zucini, peel and dice the onion.
- Sauté the zucini and onion cubes in butter, then add the broth. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Puree the soup with the hand blender, add the cream and dissolve the cheese in it. Season with the spices.
