Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- 500 g minced meat, half/half
- 800 g tomatoes, pieces, Italian
- 4 anchovies
- 16 capers
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Fast and tasty
Bring 4 liters of salted water (1 tablespoon salt) to a boil. Meanwhile, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan. Add 500g of ground beef and brown. Season with a little salt and 1 tablespoon pepper. After browning, add the tomato pieces. Finely chop the anchovies, capers, onion, and garlic and stir in. Stir in 4 tablespoons of oregano. Cook the fusilli for 8 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if desired.
