Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 375 g raspberries, frozen
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • some sugar
  • 200 g meringue(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl until the bottom is covered. Then sprinkle a little sugar over the raspberries. Next, crumble the meringue and spread it over the raspberries to create a solid layer. Then add a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the process once more: first the raspberries, then a little sugar, crumbled meringue, and finally the whipped cream. Depending on the height of the bowl, you can repeat this process several times. Now refrigerate the whole thing for about 5 hours. You can also use any other berries (strawberries, wild berries, etc.) instead of the raspberries.
