Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 dates, dried
  • 200 g cashew nuts or hazelnuts, ground
  • Water
  • cherry brandy
  • 2 cocoa
  • 15 coconut oil
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

vegan, raw, gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free, for about 25 servings

Blend the dates with a little water until a paste forms. Add the nuts, kirsch, cinnamon, cocoa, and coconut oil (dissolved in a double boiler) and mix well. Form into croissants and refrigerate for 1 hour. Dust with cocoa.
