  • 6 large tomatoes

  • 2 cups of cream

Instructions

Finely dice the onions and sauté in a little oil. Add the sliced ​​tomatoes to the translucent onions and simmer for a few minutes. Once the sauce has thickened to a mushy consistency, deglaze with the cream and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Tip: You can also refine the sauce with herbs, and if you increase the amount, the whole thing also makes a delicious soup, pureed, and served with ciabatta.
