- 500 g honey
- 200 g chestnut flour

Heat the honey while stirring constantly, skimming off any foam. Stir in the chestnut flour, pour into jars, and seal tightly. It’s very healthy and perfect as a spread, or you can eat a teaspoonful every morning.
