Soul with salmon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bread(s) (soul)
  • 3 slices of smoked salmon
  • some brunch spread
  • ½ mozzarella
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (chili cheese)
  • 1 handful of fried onions
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the core open and cut in half. Spread both pieces with the spread (choose your choice). Chop the mozzarella and place it on the bottom of the bread with the salmon. Sprinkle with fried onions. Season with chili, paprika, and pepper, and top with the slice of chili cheese. Place in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve with a small exotic salad with pineapple and curry.
