Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 rolls (milk rolls)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • some breadcrumbs
  • Milk
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the milk into a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla sugar. Place the rolls in the milk and let them soak. When they’re soft, squeeze out the excess water and then coat them in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry them in butter in a pan. Goes well with vanilla sauce or wine sauce.
