Blueberry-pear jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g blueberries
  • 600 g pear(s), peeled, pitted and diced
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 packs of gelling sugar (2:1, 500 g each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

makes about 8 glasses

Combine blueberries, pears, lemon juice, apple juice, and gelling sugar in a large saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer gently for 3-4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Immediately pour the hot jam into jars, seal, and place lids on top, then let cool.
