Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 jars of cranberries, 400 g each
  • 800 ml orange juice with pulp
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar 1:3
  • 3 tsp, heaped gingerbread spice
  • 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar or 1 – 2 vanilla pods

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

with cranberries

Mix the cranberries with the orange juice. Stir in the gelling sugar, add the spices, and lemon juice, then bring to a boil for 4 minutes. Skim off any foam that forms. If you used fresh vanilla or cinnamon sticks, remove them, then pour the jam into clean jars.
