Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¾ liter zucchini juice
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 shot of schnapps (plum fruit brandy)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring all ingredients to a boil as directed on the gelling sugar packet. Pour into jars while still hot, if desired. It tastes delicious and is easy to prepare.
