Flour pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • some milk
  • some margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the margarine in a bowl and mix together. Add a little milk to taste to prevent the batter from becoming too thick. Heat the margarine in a pan and add batches of batter to the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot. Tip: If you like, you can also peel and chop bananas or apples, and add them to the batter.
