Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 600 ml milk, plant-based (rice milk)
- 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 100 g rice pudding
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500 g strawberries, fresh

Combine the coconut milk and rice milk in a saucepan and whisk thoroughly. Add the rice, sugar, and salt, and bring to a boil while stirring. Be careful, it can burn easily! Let it boil for about 2 minutes. Then reduce the heat and let the rice swell for about 30 minutes. Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and quarter them. Divide the rice pudding between 2 plates, adding strawberries as desired.
