Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 150 g raisins, optional
  • 4 tbsp jam, optional
  • some milk, for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

filled with raisins or jam, very tasty

Knead all ingredients (except the raisins and jam) into a smooth dough. If desired, you can now knead in the raisins. Roll out the dough into a long sausage shape and divide into about 16 pieces. Shape into small balls and place them spaced apart on two baking sheets. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes. Brush with milk halfway through baking. After baking, the quark balls can be filled with jam without the raisins. They are best enjoyed while still warm. Tip: I always make half with raisins (75 g) and half with jam after baking.
