Currant yogurt sorbet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 parts currants
  • 2 parts yogurt
  • 1 part sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 22 minutes

without egg, super easy

Strip the currants from the stems with a fork, rinse, and boil in a saucepan for two minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve. Mix the currant puree with the yogurt and sugar. You can, of course, adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Place the mixture in the freezer and stir thoroughly every two hours until it’s frozen solid.
