Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 130 g breadcrumbs, seasoned to taste
- 4 medium-sized potatoes (total 625 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter in the microwave. Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat the potatoes first in the butter, then in the breadcrumbs. Arrange them in a circle on a microwave-safe plate. Drizzle with the remaining butter. Cover lightly with a paper towel. Set on high for eight minutes. If there is no turntable, adjust the plate a quarter turn twice during the cooking time. When the potatoes are almost tender, uncover them. Let stand for another 3 minutes, or until the potatoes are fully cooked and the breadcrumbs are crispy.
