Best and tastiest pasta salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 140 g peas
  • 140 g corn
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 300 g mayonnaise
  • n. B. poultry sausage
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)
  • 3 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth powder (instant powder)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

A pasta salad is like a calorie bomb. But you don’t treat yourself to anything else.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain under cold water. Slice the cucumber. Dice the sausage. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber juice, chicken broth, paprika, and garlic powder and add to the pasta. Add the corn, peas, cucumber, and sausage to the pasta and mix all ingredients together. This pasta salad doesn’t need to sit for long.
