- 6 organic lemons, squeezed (use the juice for another purpose)
- 500 g rock sugar
- 700 ml vodka

Using leftover squeezed organic lemons
Place the juiced organic lemons and rock sugar into a sufficiently large container. Fill with vodka until completely covered. Let the mixture steep for at least 3 months, then strain and bottle. The longer the liqueur matures, the better it tastes. This recipe is expressly designed for using up leftover organic lemons; the juice is not needed.
