Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tsp oregano, shredded
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp marjoram, shredded
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp rosemary, ground
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp lemon(s)
- 7 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
simple, for a loin
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cut a loin into 2-3 cm thick slices, add to the marinade, and mix well. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for approximately 12-18 hours. It can be prepared either on a grill or in a pan.
