Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml water
- ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
- n. B. Carnation(s), whole
- 4 pieces of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp tea (cocoa shell tea)
- 250 ml milk
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Cardamom, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Ayurvedic spiced tea
Bring all ingredients (except the milk) to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Strain, add the milk, and sweeten to taste. Tip: Place the crushed spices in a thin cloth bag for easy removal.
