homemade – simply delicious

First, slice the ginger root and place it in a blender. Pour 100 ml of hot water into the blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Then pour it into a thermos flask and pour over 1 liter of hot water. Let it steep for about 30 minutes. Strain the ginger pieces and refine the ginger tea water with freshly squeezed lemon juice and acacia honey, if desired. Caution: the longer it steeps, the spicier it becomes. This tea is good for colds and stomach aches and stimulates gastrointestinal activity.
