Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 handfuls of leaf spinach
  • 100 ml water
  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 g frozen berries, e.g. forest fruits
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • e.g. agave syrup for sweetening

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. If you like, add crushed ice before serving.
