Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 handfuls of leaf spinach
- 100 ml water
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 banana(s)
- 150 g frozen berries, e.g. forest fruits
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- e.g. agave syrup for sweetening
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. If you like, add crushed ice before serving.
