Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 250 ml white wine
- 1 m.-sized onion(s), sliced
- 1 carrot(s), cut into strips
- 5 juniper berries
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 tbsp herbs (marjoram, parsley, borage), freshly chopped

Marinade for roast rabbit and wild boar
Mix the buttermilk with the white wine and the remaining ingredients. Do not boil the marinade. Pour the marinade over the meat. This marinade is ideal for roast rabbit and wild boar. The meat can be marinated in a cool place for up to 4 days.
