Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • ½ liter chicken broth
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 8 tbsp cream
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes good with chicken or turkey

Heat the butter and curry powder in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and sweat thoroughly. Be careful not to allow any lumps to form. Pour in the broth, stirring constantly with a whisk, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes. Combine the egg yolk with the cream and then stir into the sauce. Simmer a little longer. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with chicken or turkey with rice.
