Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 375 ml milk
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g fresh tomatoes
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 200 g cheese (Gouda or other), grated
- 1 small jar of mushrooms, drained
- some margarine, for frying
- Pizza seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Make a pancake batter from the above ingredients and let it swell for 10 minutes. Add margarine to the pan and pour in 1/4 of the batter. Add the topping and sprinkle with pizza seasoning to taste. Sprinkle with cheese and briefly cover. After 6-8 minutes, the pan pizza is ready to serve. Tip: You can, of course, vary the toppings, e.g., add salami, paprika, etc. This way, you can also use leftovers from the fridge.
