Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of Maultasche(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- Dried meat (optional)
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the Maultaschen into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Dice the onion and dried meat. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the Maultaschen. After about 2-3 minutes, add the onions and dried meat and fry. Whisk the eggs and pour them over the pasta. When the onions are translucent, mix everything well until the egg mixture is firm. Serve with a simple leaf salad.
