Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 salami, (very) hot, in one piece
  • 1 can tomato(s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 300 g pasta (no spaghetti or tagliatelle)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta with salami, peppers and tomatoes, spicy

Cook the pasta. Dice the salami and finely chop the garlic. Lightly fry the salami in a pan (only takes a few minutes) and add the garlic. Cut the bell pepper into fairly small pieces and fry them. Pour the tomatoes over the pasta and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta to the pan and serve. Tip: Use different types of salami.
