Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 70 g strawberries
  • 75 g clementine(s), cut into wedges
  • 1 passion fruit

Mash the avocado and banana. Blend the avocado, banana, lemon juice, and vanilla powder until creamy. For the muesli, heat the coconut oil in a pan, add the oats, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds, stir well, and then add the honey. Toast everything for 2-3 minutes. Garnish the avocado cream with the fruit and muesli and serve.
